Reservations & Booking
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, reservations are mandatory—walk-ins are accepted but not guaranteed and are required to still book online.
How do I reserve a jet ski?
Book online at www.skylinejetski.com.
What’s your cancellation policy?
48+ hours notice: 100% refund.
<48 hours notice: No refunds. Rescheduling is allowed only with 48+ hours’ notice.
Email cancellation requests to contact@skylinejetski.com with your name, booking number, and reservation date.
Requirements & Rules
Who can rent a jet ski?
Minimum age: 18 (valid government ID required).
Operators must be fluent in English for safety instructions.
What should I bring?
Required: Physical photo ID and a credit/debit card (must match the operator’s name).
Recommended: Sunscreen, towel, and water.
Do I need a boating license?
No license is required.
Can I split the damage deposit between cards?
No—only one card per jet ski is allowed for the deposit.
Safety & Equipment
Are life jackets provided?
Yes, we supply personal flotation devices (PFDs) for all riders.
Is gas included?
Yes, fuel is covered in your rental.
What if I’ve never ridden a jet ski?
You’ll receive safety videos after booking.
Our staff provides in-person training before your ride.
Can kids ride along?
Passengers must be at least 42” tall. No one may sit in front of the driver.
How many people can ride?
Max capacity: 2 adults (or 375 lbs total) per jet ski, even if the model seats 3.
Only 2 drivers/passengers total per rental (no switching mid-ride).

Is there parking?
Yes—free and paid options are nearby.
Do you provide storage?
A shared dock box is available, but we’re not liable for lost/damaged items. Leave valuables in your car.
Do I need a tow vehicle?
No—our jet skis are ready in the water.
Weather & Refunds
What if there’s bad weather?
We monitor conditions and may offer a reschedule or full refund if unsafe.
What’s the late return policy?
Late fees apply: $5/minute after your scheduled return time.
Damage & Insurance
Is there a damage deposit?
Credit card: $500 hold.
Debit card: $1,000 hold.
Released within 24 hours if no damage occurs (may take 2–7 days to reflect on your account).
